I have had an absolute great stay here at Ft Rucker's Holiday Inn Express. No issues with my room which is very surprising. Great customer service! Had an issue with my iron, sprayed my shirt down with starch and the damn thing didn't work. Called the front desk and had a replacement within 5 minutes. GREAT JOB STAFF!
I give 5 stars to the staff. Bathroom is small and the vent in mine connected to the next bathroom. Yes through the two louvers you can see the light in the next room bathroom. Room hvac heatingis noisy. Bed is comfortable. You can hear your neighbors coughing and waking up in the morning.
My stay here at the Holiday Inn Express on Ft. Rucker has been great from May 25 to the 28th. I am a paraplegic and I am travelling alone this trip. The front desk staff has been nothing less than outstanding. On my arrival the young lady at the front desk ensured me that I received the type of room I needed with a roll in shower. She walked with me to the room to make sure it was everything I needed. The bed was to tall so she immediately called maintenance and told them to remove the frame. She then insisted on helping me with my belongings from my van to my room. The housekeeping staff is one of the best. They are friendly and have went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. I leave in the morning. I would recommend anyone that has access to Ft. Rucker and need a little mobility help to use this Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are clean a little small but easy to get around in with a wheelchair. Thank you Holiday Inn Express Ft. Rucker. I hope the rest of my trip is good as this stay.
I love this hotel. Amy is top notch when it comes to customer service at the front desk. And Marissa is a outstanding maid. She always does exactly what I have asked Every time. Very efficient staff. 5 stars all the way. ;)
Standard Fort Rucker billeting. There's a pretty significant difference in the rooms between the different buildings. I did have an issue with my air conditioning unit but it was resolved within the hour. The breakfast is nice.
